Casual session
Casual support as a one-off, book when needed, for starting out, or added to the end of a block.
It's a gentle way to explore mentoring without the committing to a full package. This option is ideal for young people who are starting out, prefer flexibility, or may only need occasional support during transitions or tricky weeks. It's also a great choice for follow-up sessions after a completed mentoring block (4, 6 or 12 weeks), or families who are still figuring out what level of support is the right fit.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy – Casual Sessions All casual sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. Cancellations and Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows the time to be offered to another family and ensures respectful use of everyone’s time. Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice can be rescheduled at no extra cost. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full. No-shows will generally be charged the full session fee. That said, I understand that life with young people can be unpredictable. Each cancellation will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and I will always approach these situations with fairness and understanding. Payment Payment is due before or on the day of the session. For NDIS participants, invoices will be sent to the plan manager or self-managed participant as arranged. For non-NDIS clients, payment details will be provided at the time of booking.
