Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy – Mentoring Packages (4, 6, and 12 Weeks) When booking a mentoring package, your sessions will be scheduled at a consistent day and time each week unless otherwise agreed. This helps create routine and reliability for both the young person and the mentoring relationship. Cancellations and Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full. However, I understand that unexpected things happen. Each cancellation will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and I will always approach these situations with fairness and understanding. No-Shows If a young person does not attend a scheduled session and no notice is given, the session may be charged in full. Again, we handle these events with care and understanding and value discussion around these events. We will approach these events with fairness. Payment Invoices will be issued upon confirmation of the package and are payable upfront or as otherwise agreed. For NDIS participants, invoices can be sent directly to plan managers or self-managed participants.
